Skimmers:
ETS Skimmers can be either vertical or horizontal in configuration, and range from atmospheric to ASME Code Pressure Vessels. ETS Skimmers can remove from 150 micron down to 50 micron size contaminants, and possess the ability to clean oily sands and solids. These units are based on intermittent oil/water inlet flow for taking advantage of Stoke's Law and it's principle of the rate of oil in water. This equipment is suitable where the oil/water mixture has not been exposed to high shearing forces by devices such as mixers, pumps, control valves, cyclone separators, eductors, etc.

Enviro-Sep™ (CPI):
The Enviro-Sep™ Plate Separator receives produced water through the inlet into the primary inlet chamber with solids settling to the bottom of this compartment and free oil forming an interface above the liquid level. Separated liquids pass through a removable distribution plate creating an even flow distribution across the width of the plate pack for optimum flow characteristics.

Enviro-Cell™ (IGF):
The Enviro-Cell™ is designed to provide three (3) important phases in oil/water separation. First it provides an efficient method of creating the flotation process with minimum moving parts. Secondly, the Enviro-Cell offers a simple method to remove the separated oil and finally it provides sufficient retention time for the process to work correctly.

Walnut Shell Filters:
The Hydroflow™ deep bed nut shell filter brings major improvements to filtration technology. By utilizing "Black Walnut Shells" as the media, the Hydroflow™ removes greater than 98% of the oil contaminants and suspended solids from a water stream. Specifically suited for filtering water used for oil field flooding, refinery disposal and off shore disposal, Hydroflow™ also has applications in the chemical, petrochemical, metal working, and power generation industries.

Hydro-cylcone:
ETS Deoiling Hydro-Cyclones balance oil removal efficiency and overall capacity to ensure that separation requirements are met in the most cost effective and space saving way. The liners have been designed so that the Hydro-Cyclone is ultra-slim with a high number of liners to accommodate a given vessel size.

Skim Piles:
Free oil is removed from sand due to the agitation and abrasion created as the sand tumbles down the series of baffle plates and is disposed of through the end of the caisson. The Skim Pile is the final stage of the open drain and/or produced water treatment system and is guaranteed to remove all oil globules greater than 50 microns.

Sump Tanks:
ETS sump tanks are typically used to collect and treat water from drainage collection tanks, oily water runoff and equipment skids. Our Sump tanks come in a range of sizes and configurations to accommodate specific needs. In addition, the tanks are equipped with oil skimmer weir system and oil removal pumps. Coalescing media along with plate packs are available if added efficiency is needed.

Online PPM Monitor:
Through our partnership with Advanced Sensors, Enviro-Tech can provide Oil-In-Water online monitoring. The 01W-EX can measure oil concentrations from low ppb to 3000PPM. Measured values are recorded every second in the 'Data Logs' and displayed graphically and numerically on the instruments display.

Retractable Sampler:
The Enviro-Tech retractable sampler allows for manual effluent sampling on any Enviro-Tech equipment. The design also allows for replacement of the sampling tubing while the equipment remains in operation.

Treatability Study:
Our state of the art Multiphase Wastewater analysis program (MWA), enables ETS to profile the wastewater stream and determine the proper method of treatment. The MWA systems allows ETS personnel to review samples of the waste stream under a microscope and fingerprint its characteristics including oil and solids particle size, and particle size distribution. With this information, the customer can make an informed decision on the type and size of equipment required to efficiently treat the process to discharge specifications.

Wastewater Equipment Survey:
During an onsite visit, ETS can provide a Wastewater Equipment Survey which includes observations of existing equipment along with recommendations and budgetary costs to do the repair.
